All auricular acupuncture courses
Auricular acupuncture works on the same principles as Acupuncture but needles are inserted into the ear only. The insertion of needles into the outer ear addresses a variety of physiological and psychological concerns.
Auricular Acupuncture Level 1 for existing therapists
(1 day in-person training required)
Become familiar with, and competent in, a 5 point protocol used in many health care settings.

The full course will teach you auricular acupuncture protocols relevant to 8 different conditions of mental health & neurodivergence. You can choose whether you cover all 8 conditions or learn individual sections.

"I'm nearly five days after the treatment and my appetite has dramatically decreased. I really don't fancy large meals and have noticed that I'm eating a lot less throughout the day. I'm also not thinking about food or reaching for a sweet treat in the evening. I wouldn't say I feel uncomfortable after eating but there is definitely an element of feeling full that is new.
